ушли с ужасными эмоциями, и все из-за одного человека, в начале говорят что в первой комнате если закричать стоп слово то админ сам выберет кого кикнуть, а во второй всего лиш если один ливнет то квест закончен, а ведь комната очень страшная.
До свидания, мы не вернёмся.

Пришли на квест с друзьями, сомнительно было что на сайте нету правил, а когда из сказали, все припухли, если кто-то один скажет стоп слово, вылетают все! И даже не предложили пройтись в крайне по квесту. Ни у одного из нас, не осталось положительных эмоций, сами актеры, сюжет, и все такое, но мало того что после стоп слова уходят все, озвучивают их, только после оплаты 🤦♂️, просто ужасно, не ходите на этот квест, ибо есть шансы что вы пострадаете, удушение которое было лично у меня на лайт уровне, карл, и так же пишут что остались следы после шокера! Тупо минус 3к.. спасибо […].

Была на квесте аномалия со своими друзьями. Это ужас а не персонал, актер, похоже был бухой и тупо хамил! Жесть! Девочки, хотите испытать судьбу и быть задушеной? Конечно идите. Но с таким же успехом лучше бесплатно пойдите в опасный район с агрессивными бомжами, там тоже все по-настоящему

Писати відгуки - то не моє. Але точно не цього разу. Я та ще любителька хоррор квестів, тому побувала у всіх страшних квестах у місті Дніпро. Саме через деякі відгуки ніяк не наважувалась сходити у квест Страх. Навіть після їхньої Одержимості (прикольний квест). Але коли обійшли всі інші квести, вирішили ризикнути з друзями і знову сходити до Аномалії. Так ось що я вам скажу. Писали відгуки про те, що персонал хамло і якісь правила не такі, мабуть обіженкі або конкуренти. Тому що квест просто бомба. Нічого схожого в Дніпрі ви не знайдете

Я дуже незадовільна квестом. Ми вибрали лайт режим та сказали, що актори можуть якось взаємодіяти з нами, навіть брати за руку, але коли квест почався у ньому не було ніяких загадок, нам давали ключі за те, що нас просто били. Окремо про себе, мене душили навіть після того як я казала стоп, відпустили тільки тоді коли я вже не могла нормально сказати. Хлопців били в живіт, а нас по ногах та душили. Після квесту в меня до сих пір дуже сильно болить шия. Це не квест, а просто якась бійня

Були на квесті Страх на день народження доньки.
1. Умови, щодо видалення всіх гравців, якщо один захоче завершити квест озвучили після оплати. Умова дивна і несправедлива.
2. Не виконують умови щодо не торкання акторами дітей-гравців, які були чітко озвучені. Актори хапали дітей і тим їх налякали. Один гравець захотів завершити і через це видалили всіх гравців.
3. Дограти тим, хто хотів продовжити не дали, пройшли тільки половину квесту, частину грошей звісно не повернули.
4. Маємо зіпсований настрій дітей, втрачені кошти і осадок, що нас ошукали.
5. Особисто я не рекомендую квести від Аномалії. З таким стикнулися вперше.Тетяна

Я - мама, пишу відгук для інших батьків. Після квесту наступного дня відвідували травмпункт, робили рентген грудної клітини, узд внутрішніх органів. Якщо наслідки були б серйозні - звернулася б до поліції.

Всім доброго дня ! В XROOM (XRoom) мене запросили мої знайомі і обрали проходження horrors як я почув в розмові ! В момент інструктажу мене не попередили про фізичне і психологічне знущання надо мною і моїми друзями, реальний жорсткий контакт ! Мої знайомі вже не вперше на схожих квестах і всеодно не очікували такого сильного побиття в момент проходження квесту !!! Били ногами і шокером, душили, матюкали матами і знущались як могли … серед проходження квесту … дівчатам по виривали волосся і погрожували зґвалтувати ! Набили всім чотирьом синців і зробили подряпини і опіки від шокера ! Капали гарячім воском на оголене тіло !!! Шокером били по оголеному тілу і через одяг, біль була дуже нестерпною і відкидало в сторону !
Друзі я ніколи б не радив ходити в цей квест кімнату XROOM (XRoom) в Дніпрі ! ЦЕ ЖАХ !!!
Я і досі не можу відійти від квесту !
Не повідомляють перед початком квесту про побиття і знущання і в добавок неможливо відмовитись чи дати відсіч нападникам в момент проходження сього насильства !
Нікому не раджу відвідувати цей заклад і раджу звертатись миттєво до правоохоронних органів для написання заяви по факту побиття, насильство, погроз і нанесені тілесні ушкоджень. Добра вам.

Администратор максимально отмороженный , когда ему сказали,что девочке панически страшно одной идти в комнату - администратор настоял на том,чтоб именно она пошла одна в комнату . При всем при этом было 2 человека ,которые не ходили сами на задания ,мальчик предложил сам пойти , администратор категорически сказал «нет», идешь ты . С каких пор нельзя самостоятельно выбирать - не понятно.
По поводу актеров : актером взяли девочку с длинными ногтями, в квест с актерами! Когда участник нашей команды поворачивался - девочка была рядом ,после чего администратор сообщил нам о том,что у нее якобы сорванный ноготь. Прошу учесть то,что в команде была именинница ,которой предусмотрено 10% скидки. На что администратор говорит - имейте совесть, девочке (актеру) сейчас в больницу ехать и скидку никто так и не предложил . Ганьба
